Coffee is an infallible drink in almost every culture. Since its discovery in the year 300 D.C coffee just expanded.

V60
Thanks to its cone shape with a 60 ° angle, it allows water to flow towards the center extending the coffee – water contact time.

The good thing about the Kalita is that it can be placed on the stove without risking its surface or burning the coffee as it happens in the other methods.
Coffee makers
Coffee makers, unknowingly, are the most common method and are the most commonly used in households. There are several types a little more advanced such as:
Espresso coffee machines
It gives us a coffee with intense flavor and can be served with a custard of cream. Provides a unique experience in each cup as it never stays the same, but is a bit more complicated to use and requires more time to prepare it.
Capsules coffee machines
They have become extremely common because of their variety of flavors and types already included in the compactness of a capsule the exact size of a cup.
With this method we get intense flavor, with body and also a wide range of variants of flavors and types of coffee without changing the method of preparation. It is an expensive method, but streamlined.
Super automatic coffee machines
Very similar to espresso, but really do not take effort. They grind the beans, strain them and make the perfect cup. They are easy to use since they do all the work, but they are quite large and expensive.
Drip coffee makers
It has a built-in filter and a container that usually allows a high volume of cups at a time. You get a very clean coffee and it has many flavors and aromas at the same time.
It is prepared instantly; they are economical and surrendering. The coffee prepared by the famous “Coffee maker” we have at home, is the worst in terms of its relationship with other coffee makers.
Italian coffee makers
One of the most practical models because they are easy to use, the Italian coffee maker makes the coffee by means of steam. The minimum that allows to prepare are 15 cups. Quick preparation and the flavor are an intermediate between the espresso and the drip.
Clever dripper
It is similar to the standard colander, but has a valve on its bottom with which it traps water in the preparation cone. It works with an immersion method. It gives us a coffee with body, strength, enhancing flavors and emphasizing chocolate tones.
Cold Brew Coffee Makers
They do not require heat; they only use cold water or even room temperature water for a few hours. The flavor concentrates and is spectacular. This system helps to minimize the acid which is very friendly with consumers of delicate stomach. It always takes 24 hours to prepare it because it has no heat, so it can be just obtained by waiting.
French press
It is the most used alternative method. To prepare it, the water should not be boiling, only bubbling because it can burn the coffee and make it lose all its properties.
Provides a viscous and corpulent texture due to the oils remaining in the final extraction. If you do not like the gritty feeling this method is not suitable for you. The versatility of the press is that it allows experimenting and creating the coffee of preference by playing with the size of the ground grain, the amount of water and how easy it is to lower or not the filter.
Japanese siphon
This method combines a complete immersion preparation (like the French press) with a filter (V60), resulting in a very clean and well-bodied cup. The siphon is perfect to provide quality coffee and it is this balance that makes the siphon coffee unique.
