The Catiguá is a Cavimor
A cross between Catuaí IAC 86 and Timor Hybrid UFV 440-10 . Pedigree selection made by the Instituto Agronomico (IAC) of Sao Paulo State in Campinas, Brazil.
Light roasting allows the brightness and delicate flavor of the bean to shine through. This roast gives a balanced liveliness and body to the coffee.
Medium roasted beans are bit darker and more complex. The sugars inside the beans have begun to caramelize, and the coffee will have a natural slightly sweet flavor.

Dark roasted coffee takes on a smoky flavor. It offers a medium chocolate brown color and richer body on your mouth.
